The treatments connected to the services of this web site can be directly found in our above-mentioned office and are treated by qualified personnel in charge or by temporary workers for upkeep operations.

No data coming from web service is widespread.
Users who are giving their personal details for general information (CD-ROM, newsletters, specific questions etc.) can be sure that their data are being used only to accomplish the service required.

Types of data

Navigation data

Information systems and software procedures during their usual working can acquire personal details and transmit them according to the Internet communication protocol.
Basically, these pieces of information are not specifically associated to people but, through further elaborations, allow to identify users.
IP addresses or domain names or addresses with URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) remark of resources requested, time of the request, the method in submitting the request to the server, the file dimension, the numerical code indicating the state of the answer from the server ( error etc.) and other parameters connected to the operating system and the user’s environment.

These types of information are used only in order to gain anonymous statistics of usage and to check the correct functioning of the web site. They are saved for seven days and then immediately erased after elaboration. Data can be used in case of computer crime against the web site.

Information given directly and voluntarily from the user

The explicit and optional sending of emails implies the acquisition of the return address, useful to answer the questions and the other things required.

Cookies

No personal detail is voluntarily acquired by the web site.

The lack of this assignment can mean the impossibility to obtain what has been asked.
In certain cases, (which does not refers to our web site) the Authority may require news and information according to art. 157 of the Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, for the control over the processing of personal details.
