The first warranty

The first warranty of every sold car  is given by my name and by the many years of experience in this field. Before delivery, the vehicle is checked in every part and, in case repairs or substitutions are needed, my company will provide them using original spare parts entrusting the skilled labour only to high qualified workshops authorized by Constructors.

The second warranty

The second warranty is given by the legal aspect. On 23 March 2002 came into effect the Italian legislative decree implementing the UE directive 99/44/CE about guarantees of consumption goods. Today this law is in the Italian legislative decree 206/05 (consumer code) articles 128 and the likes. The reform has brought several improvements also for Italian citizens and represents a milestone in the politics of consumers’ guardianship, affirming a series of important principles with transparency and clearness.

All in all, in buying a used vehicle, the most important thing is not to face the costs for unpredicted repairs. From now on the customer can count on the innovation of the Italian legislative decree n.24 02/02/2002 that has as a purpose the guardianship of the customers, towards the guarantee of new and used consumer goods. The used car business becomes transparent and trustworthy as for the new one. The sour surprises of the past must turn into a bad memory. Today Law establishes specific obligations for sellers and clearly defines the rights of the purchaser-consumer.

If you take into account that the companies produce modern vehicles which can cover a path of 350.000 Km (as long as it is subjected to regular maintenance), a vehicle which has covered  about 100.000 Km in four years has still at its disposal the 2/3 of his own life, but with a largely lower value, corresponding to half of the price of the like new vehicle, which has at any case the warranties provided by Law.
